Drawing on Emma’s wealth of knowledge as a physiotherapist, breathing coach and Pilates instructor, this workshop will help you discover your hidden superpower: your breath!

READY FOR THE MOST HEALTHY, VIBRANT VERSION OF YOU?

Most of us develop bad breathing habits over our lifetime. Triggered by stress, pain, trauma or poor posture bad breathing habits like shallow breathing, mouth breathing or chest breathing change the body’s balance and blood chemistry over time. This impacts many of the body’s key functions and systems as it gets stuck in the “red alert” stressed state.

Join Emma as she teaches the breathing techniques to break these bad habits and to help stressed, sick and struggling bodies find a way back to calm. It’s a simple solution for life’s big problems.

DISCOVER BETTER BREATHING

If it feels like stress, pain and everyday life are getting the better of you; then it’s time to take a look at how you’re breathing. In this interactive workshop, you'll discover:

  • How small changes to your breathing techniques can have a big impact on your health
  • The link between your breathing habits and your stress triggers
  • The science behind how breathing affects your body, mind and nervous system
  • Practical daily exercises for better breathing
  • Mastering your breathing to help rebalance and reset

Do you suffer from any of these common symptoms that are often caused by ineffective breathing?

  • Neck and back pain
  • Fatigue or brain fog
  • Stress
  • Anxiety or depression
  • Slow recovery or reduced performance for athletes
  • A feeling of not being able to take a deep breath
  • Irregular breathing pattern and lung problems
  • Inability to work through emotional trauma or grief

Want to feel better? Time to breathe better.

WHY DOES BREATHING WELL MATTER?

Effective and efficient breathing involves the use of the diaphragm and intercostal muscles to breathe from the belly rather than from the chest.

Learning to breathe from the belly and through the nose allows your body to function at its optimal level. You are allowing a healthy flow of blood and oxygen to enter the brain and the body. Trust us, your body will thank you for it.

And there are even more benefits to effective breathing. The increased oxygen flow that occurs when you breathe well allows the body to return to calm and leave the stressed state. This has an extraordinary impact on your ability to let go of sadness, anxiety, anger, pain, and find clarity.

Taking a mindful pause to breathe can be the difference between feeling energised or utterly exhausted at the end of the day. Breathing techniques are widely regarded as one of the most significant ways to deal with both physical and psychological pain.
